Woodblock printed book - the third volume of the `Denshin kaishu: Hokusai Manga' published in 15 volumes between 1814 and 1878. Volume 3 was originally published in 1815 with a preface by Shokusanjin (Ota Nampo). This copy retains the original colour printing but probably from later blocks and has red covers with embossed lozenge pattern, extensively rubbed and lacking most cords. There are 43 single and six double-page illustrations
